with a richly variegated roof design, replete with dragon
roof ornaments.

RARE
CHINESE FIVE-COLOR (WUCAI) BARBED RIM BASIN
Made
for the Japanese Market, known as Ko Akae Ware
Birds and Flowers on Branches and Rockwork adorn the
center. On the flattened rim, are eight different diaper
panels, with an under glaze blue Fuku mark on the bottom.
A firing flaw inside the footring has evolved into a
crack.
