Massive two story pottery sculpture of an elaborately detailed architectural model of a watchtower with two watchmen atop and two men, a dog and a bear below.

Han Dynasty (206 B.C.-220 A.D.)

Condition: Good, except for a restored crack in the base

CHINESE POTTERY MONSTER MASK SCULPTURE

Chinese sculpted tomb pottery, a monster mask (ch: taotie). Probably intended to adorn the interior of a tomb or as a mold for a bronze casting.
Mounted on a custom rosewood base.

Large Chinese gilt and painted seated luohan with both hands folded in a worshipful Dhyana Mudra position. The handsome face is in meditative repose. The robe is decorated with relief dragons.

LARGE CHINESE CARVED ROCK CRYSTAL FIGURE OF A SEATED GUANYIN

The large figure is remarkably clear of any inclusions and fissures and is shown seated with left arm resting on a lion mask stool holding a scroll while the other hand is in the earth-touching mudra.

Condtion: Good, except for a small chip on the lapel of the robe.

Chinese pewter figure of the Daoist Immortal Li Tieguai with a double gourd. The figure now covered in an iron brown patina and fitted as a lamp.
